“Customer service is very important to us and we pride ourselves on our dedication to perfection,” explains director and certified gemologist, Karl Schwantes. “Our aim is to ensure that each jewellery purchase is a memorable one, by offering the ultimate in service and product quality.” Our passionate staff strive to provide exemplary service and create pieces of the highest quality by hand picking each of the stones direct from the cutters in Belgium and Russia, educating our customers, and involving them in each stage of the design and manufacturing processes at our onsite workshop in Brisbane.
