  • Engagement Rings are ready to be dispatched within three weeks of order date. 
  • Once dispatched shipping time is 1-3 days within Australia and 5-12 days worldwide. 
  • Within Australia your ring is shipped using express registered mail with signature required upon delivery for complete peace of mind.  
  • Worldwide shipping is provided and tracked by FedEx. Order updates and tracking details are sent to the supplied mobile number.

  • If the ring is not the perfect design or diamond, we are happy to exchange or refund within 30 days provided it isn’t worn.
