If I could give 10 stars I would. The Xennox team where absolutely fabulous and helped me create a lifelong experience for my wife that will live for us forever. With very short notice they where able to create and deliver a beautiful eternity ring that took my wife's breath away. They went way past 'going the extra mile' with the incredible care, attention to detail and then physically delivering the ring to me. all in under a week! Seriously, head and shoulders the best jeweller in Australia.

My fiancé and I highly recommend Xennox Diamonds! The service they constantly provide is exceptional, not to mention the quality of their work. We live over an hour away and yet chose to drive to Xennox to have our wedding bands made as we couldn’t find anywhere else that matched their level of service and quality. I had decided on a Passion8 Diamond and my partner had a style in mind, They began to sketchup a design including absolutely everything we had talked about and it was everything we had envisioned. Once my partner had been sized she was asked to wait downstairs for me so I was able to put my own touches on the ring so there was still an element of surprise for the proposal. I was then able to add some Pink Diamonds and an inscription with diamonds set into the inscription as well. They were absolutely brilliant and was more than happy to accommodate any requests I asked for. We settled on what I wanted and the exceptional team of master craftsman went to work to produce absolute perfection. A couple of weeks later I went to pick up the ring and was amazed their I would unequivocally advise anyone looking for that dream ring to contact Karl and organise to go in and have a chat. The whole experience is seamless and you will be amazed at what the team at Xennox can create. And of course she is in love with her ring and said Yes!
