A wonderful experience from start to finish. Kevin was our main contact at the store and was amazing in providing guidance, information and sourcing the perfect diamond for us. I could not be happier with my experience with Xennox Diamonds. I walked into their showroom with a basic idea of what I wanted for my fiancé and met Karl. He sat down with me and after I tried to explain what I wanted Karl had designed it better than I could have imagined. I was even more impressed when I picked up the ring. I cannot recommend Karl and his team highly enough. Oh, and they have an amazing whiskey collection that put the icing on the cake. Am looking forward to getting Xennox to make the wedding rings.

The best jeweller in the city, possible the state. I visited over 14 stores and wasn't happy with any of them before I was referred to Xennox by a friend of mine. Where do I start? From the moment we walked into the showroom we knew we had come to the right place! The showroom is beautiful, relaxing and elegant. The perfect place and atmosphere when making some of the most important decisions for the rest of your life. The staff are so lovely, helpful and very knowledgeable.
