I could not be happier with my experience with Xennox Diamonds. I walked into their showroom with a basic idea of what I wanted for my fiancé and met Karl. He sat down with me and after I tried to explain what I wanted Karl had designed it better than I could have imagined. I was even more impressed when I picked up the ring. Edited to add - this was a 5 star review but I was a little unimpressed with a 2am text message asking me to leave a Google review when I had already left a positive one. Xennox, you have great customer service in person but your marketing people really need to set the time zone appropriately if you want to spam your customers asking them to leave reviews. Further edit - I was impressed by the follow up service after this issue. Melanie called me and advised there would be an investigation into this issue. Once again, excellent customer service. I will shop here again. Xennox Diamonds has excellent customer service as well as quality products. I went to have rings resized that I had made at Xennox about 10 years ago. Melanie, the consultant, was professional and friendly and helped me find the right size. I was told it would be a week but two days later, I got a call and they were ready. They checked the claws and gave the rings the most amazing polish and clean. I would highly recommend this diamond dealer for your wedding, anniversary and special occasions. Go and see Melanie, she will help you out!

The whole team at Xennox are amazing. We were able to sit down, choose our diamonds and design our perfect engagement rings, nothing was too much trouble. Very very happy, went in for a ring re-size. The ring needed to be reduced by 9 ring sizes! Wasn't an issue at all, Kevin was more than happy to help. The ring was ready the next day and for a very reasonable price. They were also able to keep a previous engraving on the ring which was amazing.Lovely staff who go above and beyond to help and make sure you are happy. The entire team are always completely welcoming of you and willing to work with you to find or create the exact piece that you need. Xennox not only stands out as a full service jewellery store but I find it hard to compare the level of service to any business I have been to in a very long time. After the great service my fiancee received when he was picking my engagement ring, we decided to return to get our wedding bands. I picked a ring I loved but it was only in the shop in white gold. They custom made the ring in yellow gold for me and it is even nicer than I had envisioned. It is going to be really hard waiting until our wedding day to start wearing it! Took my engagement ring to Xennox to get my diamond fixed as it had come loose in the setting. Fantastic job done on it, looks amazing and as new and sparkly as when I got it 10 years ago. I had a great experience with Xennox! I came in with very little experience about diamonds and wanted to keep the engagement a complete surprise to my now fiancé, so I didn’t even speak to my friends/family for advice about diamonds. After speaking to a few other jewellers, I found Kevin and Karl from Xennox to be the most knowledgeable and patient with ideas for my design and gave me a lot of time and information to make my own mind up about how I wanted to proceed. Because the diamond we chose was very specific, they were great in keeping me in the loop about the diamond delivery and also gave me a lot of updates throughout the process. The photos of the progress of the ring construction was an amazing touch, as was the wine/scotch provided when meeting up with them. If you’re after an easy and professional process, and great value for money, I’d definite recommend Xennox Diamonds!

The show room was quiet and very personal. The salesman made no effort to talk us into buying but was keen to show us whatever we were interested in seeing. He was happy to give details about the diamonds we were viewing, showing and comparing both cheaper ones and more expensive ones. It was a gift from my husband to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary (only 3 years late!) and it will always be treasured. It incorporates gold from inherited pieces from my mother and mother-in-law, diamonds from my original eternity ring, and a ruby that we have had for a while. It has all come together into a very special ring that symbolises our love for each other and encompasses loving memories of both of our mothers. Thank you again.

I was honestly speechless from the get go with Xennox. They helped organised a completely private viewing session for my partner and I where we had the entire place to ourselves. Kevin, who was one of the most charismatic people I’ve ever met, educated us on the 4 C’s of Diamonds as well as what to look for and to avoid. He helped me determined what I would like for my dream ring and showed us all the varying options there were out there. He made my partner and I feel so incredibly comfortable. Magical was the only was to describe it. They opened a bottle of champagne for us and I even received a bouquet of roses! We didn’t feel pressured to buy from them and even when my partner looked elsewhere and came to consult with Kevin, he gave such genuine and honest advice. In the end my partner said that the best quality diamond he found was definitely with Xennox still and hence we got my dream ring from them. They’re very thorough in providing all the necessary paperwork and also even providing insurance for the entire ring. I’m so in love with my ring!!! The entire experience was amazing and so incredibly magical. I can’t recommend Kevin and Xennox diamonds enough!!!

My experiences with Xennox Diamonds are fantastic. Rob as well as Kevin did a great job in assisting us choosing the right wedding rings and engraving. For my wedding ring I wanted something special instead of the rather classic 'one material' choice. Xennox Diamonds is able to provide both. They have a variety of different of ring designs available from which you can choose from. Even if you have a special design in mind, they are able to help you. I made a few visits to the store before making a purchase as I really wanted to make sure that I would choose the right ring. They were always patient when I took my time to look at the ring designs and were always happy to assist me. I will definitely visit their shop again in future!

I am speechless how terrific the help of all the staff was.. Karl is Fantastic and great to talk to helped me straight away did a quote and got it fitted, measured and links were taken out 5 to be exact and excellent. I literally went to 12 different jewlery shops to no avail as I needed links taken out of my bracelet and came across Xennox Diamonds great price! Great Team, Great Atmosphere 5 out of 5 stars raiting if I could I would give more. Also got my other jewlery (Necklaces and Pendants) cleaned free of charge. As soon as talked to Rob at Xennox Diamonds i knew he was my guy!! He was a true professional and the end result was more than i could of hoped for. My husband bought my engagement ring at Xennox Diamonds in 1980. It is a a very much loved ring with a fine white diamond in a classic white gold setting that is still beautiful today. Recently I noticed the ring was catching on fabrics so I visited Xennox Diamonds and had a lovely consultation with Lauren and the problem was 2 claws that needed to be repaired. Not bad for a ring that is 40 years old. This really is testament to the quality and workmanship of jewellery provided by Xennox Diamonds If you are looking for an engagement ring or a special piece of jewellery that will stand the test of time I would highly recommend you make a visit to Xennox Diamonds.
