We only provide refunds if there is a serious fault with the engagement ring that you have purchased and that you have informed us with 28 days that this fault exists. If within the first 1 month the design you chose isn’t working for you, you can change the design. We can offer a complementary redesign service to one of our approved classic solitaire designs. If you are radically wanting to change the design, there will be a manufacturing cost relative to the extra diamonds that you are using and the time for the master jewellers to craft your ring. Ultimately will do everything in our power to make sure you love your engagement ring every day. We will keep any changes to a strictly wholesale cost as we don’t want to profit just because it wasn’t your dream ring the first-time round.
